testing.\nCreate and execute API test scenarios using Postman and REST Assured.\nValidate APIs against OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.\nImplement contract testing to ensure reliable API integrations.\nIntegrate automated API tests with CI/CD pipelines.\nDesign and manage effective test data for API testing.\nValidate authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth2 and JWT.\nIdentify, document, and track defects while collaborating with developers and other stakeholders.\nContribute to improving test automation coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong experience in API testing.\nHands-on experience with Postman.\nStrong expertise in REST Assured.\nGood programming skills in Java.\nExperience in Java-based test automation.\nExperience with OpenAPI/Swagger validation.\nHands-on experience with contract testing.\nExperience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong understanding of test data management.\nExperience testing OAuth2/JWT-based authentication and authorization.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills: \nCucumber / BDD.\nPerformance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or k6\nBasic understanding of API security testing.\nExperience with API mocking tools such as WireMock.\nExperience with Consumer-Driven Contract Testing.\nKnowledge of microservices and distributed systems.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile: \nStrong understanding of API testing methodologies and automation best practices.\nGood knowledge of HTTP methods, status codes, headers, request/response validation, and authentication mechanisms.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nStrong analytical and debugging skills.\nAbility to work closely with developers, architects, DevOps, and QA teams.\nGood
