Product, AI/ML, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.\nEnsure scalability, performance, reliability, and code quality through testing and code reviews.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture and technical decisions.\nStay updated with the latest AI, GenAI, and LLM advancements.\nRequirements:\n5-7 years of experience in Java Backend Development.\nStrong expertise in: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.\nHands-on experience in LLM, RAG, Chatbots, or AI-powered application development.\nExperience with Prompt Engineering and LLM API integrations.\nStrong understanding of Vector Databases and embedding-based retrieval systems.\nGood knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and distributed system design.\nFamiliarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood to Have:\nPython for AI integrations.\nLangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.\nExperience with open-source LLMs and model fine-tuning.\nExperience building enterprise AI assistants or chatbot platforms.\nBachelor's or Master's
