teams.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for API testing.\nDevelop automated test scripts using Java and REST Assured.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nValidate RESTful APIs, request/response payloads, authentication, and business logic.\nCollaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.\nIdentify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.\nIntegrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.\nAnalyse test execution reports and ensure timely defect resolution.\nParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.\nContinuously improve test automation coverage and testing processes.\n\nRequirements: \n6-8 years of experience in Software Testing/Test Automation.\nStrong programming experience in Java.\nHands-on experience with REST Assured.\nStrong expertise in API Testing.\nExperience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks.\nGood understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, XML, and API authentication.\nExperience with Git version control.\nExperience with Maven or Gradle.\nKnowledge of SQL for database validation.\nStrong debugging and analytical skills.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with Selenium WebDriver.\nKnowledge of TestNG or JUnit.\nExperience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.\nExposure to Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nFamiliarity with performance or security testing is a plus.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nGood to Have: \nStrong problem-solving and analytical mindset.\nExcellent
