systems.\nStrong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.\nExperience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).\nStrong exposure to databases, caching, and messaging systems.\nProven people management and stakeholder management experience.\nPrior experience in B2C/D2C or consumer-facing product companies preferred.\n\nGood to Have: \nExposure to AI-driven platforms or modern engineering ecosystems.\nExperience managing geographically distributed teams.\nStrong engineering culture and agile execution mindset.\nSkills\nJava, Microservices, Spring
