Your focus will be on translating business requirements into scalable enterprise architecture decisions and shaping a sustainable ERP target picture for T-Systems.\nYou will work closely with Finance, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and transformation teams to ensure that SAP capabilities, business processes, and platform strategies are aligned with the long-term ERP target landscape and deliver measurable business value.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development and evolution of the ERP target picture and ERP strategy for T-Systems\nEvaluate and assess complex SAP system landscapes with focus on consolidation, integration, harmonization, and retirement decisions\nSupport the definition of the future ERP target architecture and operational target landscape for T-Systems\nTranslate business requirements and strategic transformation goals into scalable SAP architecture concepts and implementation roadmaps\nSupport the global process standardization of the Finance organization across SAP-based enterprise platforms\nAnalyze and assess finance-related SAP systems and processes (Accounting systems, Billing systems, Master Data Management platforms, cross-functional FC processes)\nDerive and structure architecture-driven backlogs for finance transformation initiatives and target architecture implementation\nMap business capabilities to SAP platforms and align business requirements, process models, and enterprise applications\nSupport architectural decision-making across key SAP platforms\nCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to standardize and harmonize enterprise processes across SAP environments\nSupport SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and evaluate future-fit architecture scenarios for the T-Systems ERP landscape\nContribute to architecture documentation, capability mapping, and process modeling activities using enterprise architecture methodologies and tools\nOperationalize architecture strategy elements into actionable implementation initiatives and transformation measures\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in SAP environments within large enterprises or internationally operating organizations\nStrong SAP expertise with hands-on experience especially in SAP FI/CO, PS, SD, MM\nExperience in evaluating, designing, and integrating complex SAP landscapes\nExperience in SAP Enterprise Architecture, ERP target picture definition, and transformation programs\nExperience in gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical architecture concepts\nExperience in backlog management as well as structuring and prioritizing transformation requirements\nStrong understanding of finance and ERP processes, especially in Accounting, Billing, Intercompany, and Master Data Management\nExperience with architecture and transformation methodologies and tools (TOGAF, LeanIX, Capability Mapping, Signavio)\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and hybrid SAP landscapes\nStructured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style\nAbility to operationalize strategic architecture concepts and translate them into concrete implementation initiatives\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nFluent in English (written and spoken);
