A következő feladatokban számítunk rád:

  • Üzleti utazás szervezés támogatása:
    • kérdések esetén támogatás nyújtás az utazásban részt vevő kollégáknak
    • hotel, repülőjegy foglalások bonyolítása
  • Üzleti utakhoz kapcsolódó költség elszámolások ellenőrzése
  • Egyéb adminisztratív feladatok
  • Szállítói számlák feldolgozása: iktatás, szkennelés
  • Szállítói számlákat alátámasztó dokumentumok beszerzése: szerződés, teljesítés igazolás, megrendelések
  • Szállítói törzs adat karbantartás
  • Egyéb adminisztratív feladatok
  • Munkavégzés helye: A társaság budapesti irodája, nincs home office lehetőség
  • Alap szintű angol nyelvtudás előny
  • Folyamatban lévő felsőfokú pénzügyi tanulmányok
  • Legalább 1 év még hátralévő hallgatói jogviszony
  • Min. heti 20 óra munkavégzés
