This is where modern infrastructure meets real-world impact at scale.\nOur chapter-based model creates a strong home for expertise, learning, and collaboration - empowering people to grow, contribute in agile teams, and thrive in an inclusive environment while making a meaningful difference for our customers.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDesign, develop, test, and continuously improve cloud-native CaaS and PaaS capabilities, primarily\nusing Go.\nDevelop Kubernetes operators and controllers to automate cluster, platform, and application lifecycle\nprocesses.\nEngineer a highly automated Kubernetes platform based on Cluster API and integrate it with the\nsurrounding infrastructure.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows using technologies such as GitLab CI/CD, Helm,\nFlux, or Argo CD.\nImprove the platform’s scalability, reliability, security, observability, and performance.\nSupport the migration of existing Kubernetes clusters and contribute improvements to relevant open\nsource projects.\nTake ownership of complex engineering topics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.\nCollaborate with international engineering and operations teams, provide technical guidance, and\nmentor other engineers.\nParticipate in on-call rotation (for stand-by operations).\nWhat we are looking for\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, or\ncomparable qualification.\nFluent in English, verbally and written.\n5+ years of experience in cloud-native environments, with a proven track record in DevOps and\nplatform engineering.\nTechnical skills\nStrong software-development experience with Go, including backend services, microservices, or distributed systems.\nHands-on experience developing Kubernetes operators or controllers and working with Kubernetes APIs.\nIn-depth Kubernetes knowledge, including platform or cluster lifecycle management and troubleshooting.\nExperience with Cluster API or comparable cluster-automation technologies.\nExperience with automated testing, code reviews, API design, secure coding, and technical documentation.\nExperience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Helm, Flux, or Argo CD.\nUnderstanding of observability and cloud-native security principles.\nNice-to-Have\nExperience with controller-runtime, Kubebuilder, or open-source contributions.\nKnowledge of advanced Kubernetes networking, multi-cluster environments, or Infrastructure as Code.\nExperience integrating Kubernetes with OpenStack, VMware, bare-metal, storage, or networking infrastructure.\nTelecommunications, OSS/BSS, or large-scale private-cloud experience.\nDon't worry if you miss some of these skills - we are here to grow and develop you.\nSocial skills\nA mindset of continuous learning, willingness to share knowledge and learn from others.\nAbility to innovate and find solutions to complex problems.\nBeing a strong individual contributor and an empathic team player.\nBeing supportive to colleagues and a mentor for junior coworkers.\nAbility to communicate effectively with different stakeholders in the company up to management level.\nWhat you can expect\nOur team is dedicated to supporting new team members and we're building an environment that appreciates knowledge sharing and mentorship.
