The program is creating a sustainable digital customer experience by bringing voice, email, fax and digital channels such as WhatsApp and social media together in Sprinklr.\nIntegrated with AI capabilities, the platform supports more than 110,000 calls and more than 85,000 written contacts each day. You will help configure, integrate and implement the platform at the center of this customer service environment.\nThe global OneCC program is currently ramping up. This gives you the stability and scale of Deutsche Telekom together with the opportunity to influence how the platform is implemented and developed across markets.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and implement Sprinklr solutions in line with Deutsche Telekom business requirements and platform best practices.\nTranslate business and operational needs into functional and technical specifications.\nDrive the delivery lifecycle from analysis and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment and handover.\nBuild and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks and authentication mechanisms across Sprinklr modules, including Groovy and JavaScript where required.\nWork closely with IT, Business and Operations stakeholders to resolve requirements, dependencies and implementation issues.\nSupport product adoption by documenting solutions, sharing knowledge and training Client Champions.\nAbout You\nYou are a hands-on platform specialist with a builder's mindset. You approach complex requirements analytically, collaborate comfortably across technical and business teams, and take ownership from discovery through deployment.\nWe are hiring specialists at different seniority levels.
