We invite an Intermediate Scrum Master to join our cross-functional team developing internal applications for a global fintech company. You’ll facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies while helping ensure effective team collaboration. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with people management activities, including conducting 1:1s, supporting professional development, and participating in performance reviews.

Is that you?
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles
- Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives)
- Previous experience in people management
- Experience conducting 1:1 meetings with team members
- Experience supporting professional development of team members
- Experience participating in or conducting performance reviews
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with individual team members
- Ability to guide and support a proactive team in its day-to-day work
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Desirable:
- Experience working with Agile/team metrics
- Experience with AI tools to efficiently collect, filter, structure, or share information
Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll combine Scrum Master and people management responsibilities, supporting both the team and individual team members.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
- Support and guide the team in applying Scrum and Agile practices
- Work closely with individual team members through regular 1:1 meetings
- Support team members’ professional and career development
- Support and follow up on team members’ development plans
- Participate in or conduct performance reviews
- Use Jira to track relevant team information and metrics
