You will partner closely with the client development and maintenance teams as well as the inhouse Helpdesk and Government users. \nThis role is designed for a hands-on Microsoft platform specialist who can move comfortably between configuration, development, troubleshooting, customer support, and release planning in a secure federal environment. \nDynamics 365 Delivery and User Support \nThis role blends Dynamics 365/Power Platform development with configuration and advanced user support. You will: \nConfigure and extend Dynamics 365 Online and Power Platform capabilities to meet evolving business requirements. \nDevelop and maintainreports, Advanced Find views, queries, dashboards, approval processes, and knowledge base/customer service portal capabilities. \nConfigure Dynamics CRM organizations and support release management, deployment, and troubleshooting for release-ready solutions. \nWork directly with the client’sTasking System users to provide technical assistance, configuration support, training, and solutions that may not require a formal release. \nPartner with development and maintenance teams to identifyrecurring needs, inform future release features, and translate user issues into practical configuration or development changes. \nApply a user-first approach and sound UI/UX practiceswhen developing or modifyinguser-facing capabilities, with a focus on usability, consistency, and user adoption. \nYou will remain close to both the platform and its users-troubleshooting issues, validating changes, supporting testing, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure Dynamics 365 capabilities remain secure, supportable, and aligned with the agency standards. \nWho Thrives Here \nPeople who thrive in this role bring strong Microsoft-platform expertise and a practical, customer-focused approach to delivery. You will influence both day-to-day user experience and the longer-term evolution of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, from rapid configuration changes through formal releases and integrations. \nKey Responsibilities \nConfigure, customize, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. \nExtend Dynamics 365 functionality using approved technologies, including .NET Framework and JavaScript frameworks used within theclientenvironment. \nDevelop and maintainreports, dashboards, queries, views, workflows/approval processes, and customer service or knowledge-management capabilities. \nProvide dedicated Tier III Dynamics 365/Power Platform development and analyst support to the inhousehelpdesk and federal end users. \nConfigure Dynamics CRM organizations and support application release management, deployment, troubleshooting, and production readiness. \nIntegrate Dynamics 365 capabilities with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity services, Exchange Online, and otherclientsystems as required. \nParticipate in unit, system, interoperability, regression, and user-focused testing before production deployment. \nSupport Agile development and CI/CD practices, including source/configuration management and controlled deployment of application changes using Government-provided tools such as Jira, GitHubEnterprise, and/or Azure DevOps Server. \nSupport access, permission, and configuration management activities while maintainingcompliance with agency security and lifecycle standards. \nCreate and maintaintechnical documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs, procedures, and training materials. \nProvide user training and support sessionsand help identifyopportunities for process, usability, and platform improvements. \nRequired Qualifications \nMinimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, including directexperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform. \nHands-on experience configuring, customizing, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 in an enterprise environment. \nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform and development/configuration of business processes, reports, dashboards, views, queries, and approvalworkflows. \nExperience extending Dynamics 365 using .NET Framework and JavaScript; familiarity with React and/or jQuery is relevant to the current technical stack. \nExperience supporting application releases, deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. \nAbility to work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity/authentication, and enterprise integration dependencies. \nExperience producing clear technical/user documentation and working directly with end users to diagnose needs and provide training. \nWorking knowledge of Agile development, source control, and CI/CD practices. \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience with Dynamics 365 Government / Power Platform Government or another regulated Microsoft cloud environment. \nExperience supporting federal civilian or DHSsystems and formal security/change-control processes. \nExperience with Azure services, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, or related Azure integration capabilities. \nExperience with SharePoint integration, customer service portals, knowledge bases, and enterprise document-managementworkflows. \nFamiliarity with UI/UX and user-centered design principles for enterprise business applications. \nRelevant, current Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure certifications. \nOur estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - 120,000, this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
