What You Will Do
- 3D printing: operate, slice and maintain printers; basic CAD for parts, brackets and fixtures.
- Basic electronics: soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, simple debugging with a multimeter.
- Mechanical assembly, prototyping and building test rigs.
- Help maintain the lab and hardware inventory.
What You Will Bring
- Genuinely handy:a visible history of building physical things (personal builds, hackathons, Formula Student / FRC, maker projects).
- CAD in Fusion 360
- 3D printing experience (FDM at minimum): slicing and troubleshooting.
- Basic electronics: can solder, wire acircuitand read a simple schematic.
- Currently enrolled (mechatronics / ME / EE / robotics), eligible as a Werkstudent, able to be on-site in Munich.
- Microcontrollers (Arduino / ESP32 / STM32) and a bit of firmware.
- Curiosity about tendon / cable-driven mechanisms.
- Resin printing; PCB design (KiCad).
- Driving license is a plus.
