UML diagrams, BPMN process models\n\nCoordinating work between dependent development teams within a project\n\nTranslating business needs into clear, structured system specifications\n\nParticipating in code reviews and solution design sessions with architects\n\nMust-have requirements:\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst in IT projects\n\nStrong integration knowledge: SOA, Web Services, REST APIs - with practical experience using SOAP UI and/or Postman\n\nExperience designing microservice-based solutions and documenting REST services\n\nVery good knowledge of UML and BPMN notation in practice\n\nHands-on experience with at least one CASE tool (Enterprise Architect)\n\nGood knowledge of SQL\n\nProficiency in JIRA and Confluence\n\nStrong planning and organisational skills: task prioritisation, ownership, delivery focus\n\nGood English and Polish -
