The Role & Learning Opportunities
As a Junior Software Engineer at Devapo, you'll be working on real-world projects that make a tangible impact on businesses. Your role will involve developing and maintaining applications, contributing to various development projects, and participating in BPM implementations. What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of experience working in IT
Proficiency with modern programming languages (like Python, Java, C#)
Knowledge of relational databases and Git version control
Understanding of software development best practices
At least basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Higher technical education in IT or related field
Knowledge of SCRUM project methodology
Communication & Language:
Strong English and Polish proficiency (B2/C1 level) for effective client communication
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of BPM systems
Experience with various development platforms
Background in cloud technologies
Personal Qualities:
Quick learner with a passion for technology
Team player who can also work independently
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Interest in working on international projects
