We expertise in the property management, construction and development of buildings in Athens.\n\nWe are seeking a Mid-Level Cost Engineer who can manage the entire project lifecycle—from preliminary feasibility to monthly execution and final closeout.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBudgeting & Estimation: Establish official construction budgets and deliver accurate cost estimations based on preliminary studies.\n\nFeasibility Studies: Assess purchase viability and generate rough cost estimations for new property developments.\n\nValue Engineering: Compile preliminary Value Engineering Reports to optimize designs and drive cost reductions.\n\nFinancial Monitoring: Track monthly actual project costs against budgets to proactively identify and mitigate risks.\n\nSubcontractor Management: Collect, evaluates, and compares subcontractor bids;
