Through its web platform and mobile app, members deposit vacation time in their second homes and use it to book stays at other premium homes around the world.\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the client’s Product team and drive the growth of the core booking experience. You will own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, working closely with Engineering, UX Design, Analytics and Marketing.\n\nRemote work from Europe with occasional business trips to the US and Spain\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwn the roadmap for Search, Property Details and Reservations, the core of how members find and book homes on a Ruby on Rails platform\n\nImprove search and discovery: filters, ranking, map browsing and availability across different property tiers and markets\n\nOwn the reservation flow end to end, from booking request to confirmed stay, reducing failed, abandoned and cancelled bookings\n\nRaise listing quality and improve owner tools (photos, amenities, calendars, property ratings)\n\nDrive research, A/B testing and data-driven prioritization together with Engineering, Design and Analytics\n\nTurn feedback from members, customer support and partner teams into product improvements\n\nRequirements\n\n6+ years of experience in product management\n\nProven experience shipping search, listing and booking flows on a marketplace or travel platform\n\n2+ years of product management experience on products built with Ruby on Rails\n\nStrong understanding of UX principles and experience working closely with UX designers\n\nData-driven mindset: ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it\n\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously\n\nStrong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field\n\nUpper-Intermediate+ English\n\nBased in Europe\n\nReadiness for occasional business trips to the US and Spain\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with Agile / Scrum\n\nExperience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA or similar)\n\nStrategic thinking combined with methodical execution\n\nBackground in travel, hospitality or luxury
