The primary duty of the Employee Shuttle Driver is to assist the Housing Manager in providing a consistent, timely, and first-class shuttle service for our guests and employees. In addition, assist with the cleaning and upkeep of common areas at Devil’s Thumb Ranch.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nTransport guests and employees safely and punctually to their destinations using Ranch vehicles.\nAssist the Housing Manager in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for staff, including cleaning shuttle vehicles. \nConduct routine checks and light maintenance of shuttle vehicles to ensure optimal safety and performance.\nMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas as assigned.\nRespond promptly and courteously to transportation requests or other assistance needs from staff.\nReview online sign-up sheet via cellular device to prepare for shifts and communicate with employees. \nCollaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all Ranch residents.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience as a shuttle driver, or in a similar role, is preferred.\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\nProven dependability and strong work ethic.\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.\nAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.\nComfortable with light physical work, including lifting up to 30 lbs and cleaning tasks.\nCompensation Description:$18.00 - $20.00/hr Competitive pay commensurate with education and experience.\nBenefits and Perks:\n152 hours of Paid Time Off if FT, Year-Round employment status.\nAffordable furnished housing, if working a minimum of 35 hours/week or more.\nHealth, Dental & Life & Vision Insurances, plus 401k Employer Match of up to $2,000 annually--if FT, Year-Round employment status.\nWellness Program opportunities including meditation, complimentary daily Yoga, trail running & mountain-biking workshops.\n25% discounts at all Devil's Thumb Ranch restaurants, activities including Trail Rides, and Spa Treatments.\nDiscounted Winter Park Ski Resort season pass (available annually in season) or 1/2 price Grand Park Rec Center Pass.\nReferral bonus of $250 if we hire someone you refer.\nDue to the nature of our 24-hour operation, there is no guaranteed work schedule.
