Role Overview:
As a Generative AI Engineer, you will spearhead the design and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions that bridge the gap between complex machine learning research and scalable enterprise applications. You will operate at the intersection of technical architecture and product innovation, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into robust, production-grade AI systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI pipelines using AWS or Azure cloud ecosystems to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-scale applications.
- Develop sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks and Agentic AI workflows to improve the accuracy and contextual relevance of automated decision-making systems.
- Design and refine complex prompt engineering strategies to optimize model outputs, ensuring they align with specific business logic and safety guidelines.
- Establish MLOps best practices to streamline the lifecycle of large language models, from data ingestion and fine-tuning to continuous monitoring and deployment.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver tangible ROI and align with long-term organizational goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight on deep learning projects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling Generative AI applications using frameworks like LangChain, with a deep understanding of LLM integration and orchestration.
- Proven ability to architect cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure, leveraging managed AI services to build secure and cost-effective production environments.
- Strong proficiency in machine learning and deep learning fundamentals, with the ability to translate theoretical models into functional, high-impact software.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams effectively.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving AI technologies and methodologies, maintaining a high standard of code quality and system reliability.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field, supported by 5 - 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model, demonstrating self-discipline and collaborative spirit while working with distributed teams based in Hyderabad.
