Our ambition is to rethink how companies will work in the age of AI, and to build a global product that becomes the intelligent foundation of the business of the future.\n\nAbout the role:\nWe’re looking for a strong, experienced AI Delivery Manager who can successfully lead multiple AI projects and manage relationships with multiple clients simultaneously.\n\nYou’ll own each deployment from the day it leaves sales to the day it runs in the client’s business, keeping 2–3 moving at the same time. A typical deployment takes 5–10 weeks. This is a new role, so you’ll shape how we deliver as much as you deliver.\n\nYour future responsibilities:\n\nUnderstand the business\n\nRun discovery with the client’s owners, managers and front-line staff: how sales, service and operations really work, not how the org chart says they do.\n\nCollect and clean the sources: price lists, documents, CRM fields, call recordings, policies. Personal data is anonymised before it leaves the client.\n\nMap the roles, processes, data and rules, and find what is missing before it blocks the build.\n\nTurn it into a build plan\n\nWrite the specs engineers build from: scenarios, field mappings, integration requirements and where a person has to step in.\n\nWrite the test cases that define what “good” means for each workflow and role workspace.\n\nAgree the scope with the client in writing. After that, every change goes through a short written change note.\n\nConfigure and connect\n\nConfigure agents and role workspaces on our platform; load the knowledge and the rules.\n\nWire integrations with CRM, ERP, telephony and messengers together with engineers. Call the APIs and read the webhook payloads yourself, so you know it works before anyone promises a date.\n\nCheck quality and cost on test runs before the client sees anything.\n\nTest and go live\n\nRun pilot testing with the client’s own staff on their real cases, and turn their feedback into fixes.\n\nOwn the go-live: client acceptance, a quality report at handover, and rollout to more teams in waves.\n\nTrain the client’s people: managers in their workspaces, administrators in the settings.\n\nKeep several deployments moving\n\nHold the plan and the dates for each one, and send every client a short written status each week.\n\nRun the weekly tuning cycle after launch, and report what changed against how the business worked before.\n\nImprove how we deliver\n\nKeep the delivery playbook current: templates, checklists and lessons from each deployment.\n\nBring what you see in the field back to product: repeated requests, missing features, patterns we can reuse.\n\nYour professional qualities:\n\nMinimum 3 years in delivery, implementation, business analysis, customer success or consulting.\n\nHands-on experience shipping something with LLMs, even a small thing.\n\nAbility to call an API, read a webhook payload and write a short script.\n\nClear, concise written communication; you put agreements in writing.\n\nAbility to stay calm with several clients pulling at once and know what to do first.\n\nUkrainian (native) and English (C1+).\n\nBased in Europe, comfortable working on Kyiv time.\n\nNice to have:\n\nHands-on work with CRMs (Bitrix24, Salesforce, Creatio), IP telephony (Binotel, Ringostat) or messenger APIs (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp)\n\nBasic SQL, or experience writing evaluations or test suites for LLM output\n\nKnowledge of real estate, healthcare or retail operations\n\nPolish or another EU language\n\nWork in an early-stage company\n\nWhat we offer for your success:\n\nCompensation: $3,500–6,500 per month, depending on experience.\n\nB2B contract, remote from anywhere in Europe.\n\nEquity conversation after 6 months.\n\nStart in November 2026.\n\nDaily work with the Spaceplace founders: what you learn in the field changes the product.\n\nEnd-to-end view of AI deployments across several industries, from the first client meeting to measured results.\n\nOur recruitment process:\n\nApplication.
