Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.\n Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues (L2/L3), ensuring rapid service restoration and root-cause analysis.\nOversee the day-to-day execution of management chains, including batch processing, data transfers, and workflow monitoring.\nOrchestrate and manage software releases and hardware infrastructure updates within your scope, ensuring minimal business disruption.\nImplement and supervise monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus/Grafana) to analyze load, performance, and functional health.\nDevelop scripts (Python/Bash) and use DevOps tools (Ansible) to automate repetitive tasks, log parsing, and health checks.\nCreate and enrich the application document baseline, maintain runbooks, and define operating procedures to ensure team scalability.\nAnalyze application performance and user feedback to propose and implement functional or technical upgrades.\n Strong hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL 7/8, SLES, Ubuntu), including system administration, kernel parameters, and performance tuning.\nProficiency in SQL or equivalent, ability to optimize queries, analyze execution plans, and perform basic DBA tasks.\nProfessional experience with Python, Bash or Shell Scripting for automation, strong knowledge of Ansible (playbook authoring and CI/CD integration).\nFamiliarity with Cloud environments, Docker, and Kubernetes (basic pod debugging and log aggregation).
