Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.\n We are looking for a Developer specializing in Contact Center solutions to join a large-scale technological operation. The focus of this role is the design, development, and maintenance of voice architectures and complex integrations using Genesys On-Premise (Engage) or Diabolocom. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecommunications and hands-on experience orchestrating interaction flows and system integrations (APIs/SDKs).\nMain Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust integrations and solutions in a Genesys On-Premise or Diabolocom environment.\n\nConfigure and optimize interaction flows (IVR, ACD, Routing) using core platform tools (e.g., Genesys Composer, IRD).\n\nDevelop integrations between the Contact Center infrastructure and external systems (CRMs, ERPs, Databases) using REST APIs, Webhooks, and Platform SDKs.\n\nAnalyze, validate, and audit platform configurations, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the telephone operations.\n\nSupport the full technical project lifecycle: requirements gathering (scoping), build, testing phase, and production deployment.\n\nAct as a technical liaison between the Development, Product, BI, and Operations teams.\n\nProvide advanced technical support for the platform, assisting management and cross-border teams in incident resolution.\n\nCollaborate on data structuring for reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement processes of the Contact Center.\n\nProduce and maintain detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and ensure the training of technical teams whenever necessary.\n\n Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in development, integration, or architecture with Genesys On-Premise or Diabolocom.\n\nAcademic background or proven technical experience in Telecommunications (solid understanding of voice networks, VoIP, SIP, SIP Trunking, PBX).\n\nExperience in building IVR trees and Routing rules (knowledge of VXML or SCXML is highly valued).\n\nSolid experience in consuming and creating APIs for system integration, and proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Node.js).\n\nExcellent communication skills and ease in working with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Sales, Operations).\n\nLanguages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (French is not mandatory).\n\n Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit, and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
