Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.\n Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, transforming them into clear functional specifications and actionable user stories.\nPartner with cross-functional teams, developers, and key business stakeholders to design and implement effective end-to-end solutions.\nSupport testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance processes to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.\nPropose process optimizations and enhancements to boost efficiency, scalability, and operational maintainability across business systems.\nProvide ongoing functional support and facilitate continuous alignment between technology capabilities and business goals.\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably in technology or consulting environments.\nStrong proficiency in data analysis techniques and query languages (e.g., SQL), with an appetite for leveraging technical tools to solve business problems.\nHands-on experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business domains.
