Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.\n Lead the identification, mapping, and cataloging of data assets, entities, attributes, and business relationships across organizational domains.\nGather, document, and analyze source systems, data flows, business rules, and application dependencies to ensure end-to-end data lineage.\nCollaborate directly with Data Owners, Data Stewards, business areas, and architecture teams to validate, formalize, and establish robust data governance practices.\nIdentify information gaps, data quality issues, and continuous improvement opportunities within data management processes.\nEnsure consistent documentation and management of metadata, supporting analytical, operational, and AI-driven initiatives across the organization.\nApply data modeling concepts to structure and streamline business data architecture effectively.\n Solid experience as a Data Governance Analyst, Data Steward, or Data Strategy Consultant, with a strong emphasis on business data assets over pure data engineering.\nProven track record in data lineage, metadata management, and data quality frameworks. Strong technical proficiency in T-SQL for data analysis, validation, and exploration.\nSolid understanding of data modeling principles and enterprise data domains.\nValued knowledge/exposure: Microsoft Fabric, Medallion Architecture, and Data Mesh concepts.
