Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.\n Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs.\nBridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into reliable and actionable data solutions.\nBuild, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to transform raw data into trusted analytical datasets.\nDevelop and maintain data warehouse and data lake solutions across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).\nImplement dimensional and semantic data models to enable self-service analytics and improve data accessibility.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and governance through testing, validation, monitoring, and documentation practices.\nCollaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Product teams to deliver high-quality data products.\nOptimize SQL queries, data transformations, and reporting layers to improve performance and scalability.\nSupport the development of analytical solutions, dashboards, KPIs, and business metrics.\nContribute to the adoption of data best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, data lineage, and knowledge-sharing materials.\nParticipate in code reviews, version control processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience working in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or related data-focused roles.\nStrong proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.\nExperience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation workflows.\nSolid understanding of dimensional modeling techniques (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault, or similar).\nExperience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).\nFamiliarity with modern data warehousing architectures and analytical ecosystems.\nExperience using version control systems such as Git.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
