You'll blend strong technical support with DevOps principles, focusing on proactive reliability and automation.\nProvide senior-level technical and functional support for complex applications.\nManage and maintain operating systems in a Linux environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.\nLead incident resolution and in-depth root cause analysis.\nDevelop Shell and Python scripts for automation and efficiency.\nApply DevOps best practices to improve system reliability.\nMonitor and troubleshoot using Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and/or Grafana.\nContribute to monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.\n 5+ years in Application Support, DevOps, or SRE roles.\nExpertise in Linux/Unix environments and troubleshooting.\nStrong Shell and Python scripting abilities.\nSolid understanding of DevOps principles.\nProven experience with Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and Grafana.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nFluent in English.\n The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
