You will be the crucial link between raw data and strategic decisions, responsible for gathering business requirements, transforming complex data, and creating compelling visualizations that drive action across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather and translate business needs into technical requirements for data models and reporting solutions.\n\nDevelop, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.\n\nDesign and build dynamic dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI, to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable business insights.\n\nPerform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and availability.\n\nPresent findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, clearly communicating complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n\nParticipate in the full lifecycle of BI projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment.\n\n 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role focused on data and reporting.\nStrong mandatory proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.\nHands-on experience with Python for data analysis, data manipulation, automation, and scripting (e.g., using Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries).\nExpert hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (or similar BI tools) for data modeling, visualization, and publishing reports.\nProven ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements effectively.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with data.\nExperience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling is expected.\nValued Skills:\nExperience with other components of the Microsoft Data Stack (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Analysis Services).\nKnowledge of Data Modeling principles (e.g., Dimensional Modeling).\nProfessional fluency (B2+) in French is highly valued and may be a mandatory requirement for allocation on specific projects with Francophone clients.\n The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
