Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.\n We are seeking a sharp and insightful Power BI Specialist to drive our Business Intelligence initiatives. You will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into clear data models and compelling visualizations, ensuring strategic decision-making across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable business insights.\n\nGather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for data modeling and reporting solutions.\n\nDevelop, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data for analysis.\n\nPerform data validation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and quality.\n\nDrive the adoption of self-service BI best practices across the business.\n\n 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer.\n\nStrong mandatory proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.\n\nExpert hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for data modeling (DAX) and visualization.\n\nProven ability to successfully elicit and document business requirements.\n\nLanguage Requirement: Professional fluency (B2+) in French is highly valued and may be a mandatory requirement for allocation on specific projects with Francophone clients.\n\n The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
