In this role, you won't just build prototypes; you will design, develop, and scale production-grade, secure intelligent systems for a highly demanding corporate environment.\nYou will act as a hands-on guide for backend and AI implementation, ensuring best practices, software reliability, and technical rigor across our generative AI and automation initiatives.\nIn this role, you will:\nAct as the Senior for complex AI projects, writing clean, production-ready backend code and moving AI solutions beyond prototypes into scalable architectures;\n\nDevelop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and Python;\n\nIntegrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) into backend processes, ensuring efficient prompt engineering and context management;\n\nDesign and implement cutting-edge Generative AI, LLMs, and Multi-agent systems (particularly advanced enterprise chatbots and decision-support tools) tailored for secure corporate environments;\n\nEnforce software engineering best practices, including robust testing (unit, integration, E2E), CI/CD pipelines, and clean code architecture;\n\nEnsure the security, scalability, and resilience of applications. Take part in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and code quality;\n\nStay at the forefront of AI advancements, proactively identifying new tools and techniques to integrate into our stack;\n\n Core Backend & Software Engineering:\nThis is a software engineering-heavy role. You must have a proven track record of developing robust backend systems using Python and C#/.NET.\n\nHands-on, practical experience building and optimizing high-performance APIs using FastAPI;\n\nDeep understanding of software environments, version control, automated testing frameworks, and architecture best practices;\n\nAI & Generative AI Expertise:\nStrong conceptual knowledge and practical experience implementing Gen AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Multi-agent systems;\n\nProven experience developing and deploying advanced chatbots or virtual assistants within complex, highly regulated corporate environments;\n\nSolid understanding of model evaluation, integration, and ensuring model reliability/security in production;\n\nCloud & Infrastructure:\nSolid experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure);\n\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration and data pipelines;\n\n The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
