If you are passionate about data engineering, analytics, and the future of AI in enterprise environments, we’d love to meet you.\nWhat you will do :\nDesign and build ELT/ETL pipelines across the Microsoft stack - from on-prem SSIS workflows to Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric;\nModel and maintain semantic layers in Power BI (DAX, RLS, deployment pipelines, Apps) that serve as the single source of truth for reporting;\nMigrate and modernise BI environments: SQL Server → Synapse Analytics / Microsoft Fabric / ADLS Gen2 / OneLake;\nImplement Analytics Engineering standards: data testing, documentation, version control, and performance tuning (T-SQL optimisation, stored procedures);\nSupport clients in defining their data modeling strategy (Kimball / Inmon) and analytical architecture;\nPrototype and evaluate emerging capabilities - Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry - and translate them into production-ready recommendations.\n Must-have:\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience;\nT-SQL (optimization, stored procedures, functions);\nPower BI Desktop and Service (DAX, RLS, Apps);\nData warehousing : proficiency in modeling concepts(Kimball/Inmon);\nOn-Prem stack : SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS;\nCloud stack : Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric;\nStorage : ADLS Gen2, OneLake;\nAI Integration : Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services;\nFluent in both English and French (spoken and written).\nSoft skills:\nAnalytical thinker\nStructured & autonomous\nClear communicator\nCurious and proactive\nNice-to-have\nDatabricks\nAzure AI Foundry\nPython/PySpark\ndbt (Data Build Tool)\nMicrosoft/DBT certifications (DP-600, PL-300, DP-700, DP-203\n Life at Devoteam\nJoin a community where technology meets humanity.
