Nous rejoindre c’est : travailler sur des projets innovants et durables pour mettre la Technologie au service de l’humain, se certifier en continu sur les nouvelles tech du marché et partager des moments uniques entre collègues !\nPour en découvrir plus sur Devoteam, rendez-vous ici.\n Role & responsibilities\nYour main missions will be to:\n Quickly assess the current architecture landscape, ongoing initiatives and risks, and confirm a\npragmatic 3-6 month roadmap aligned with IT and cybersecurity strategy\n Lead, support and develop the team of network and security architects (4 people): clarify priorities,\nallocate capacity, and ensure day-to-day management continuity\n Define and drive the architecture strategy for network & security domains, including LAN, WLAN, SD-\nWAN, SSE and datacenters, with a focus on immediate impact and decision-making\n Provide high-level expertise and escalation support on critical topics, ensuring service stability and risk\nmitigation\n Coordinate efficiently with other stakeholders (cybersecurity, operations, external vendors, etc.) and\nprepare an organized handover package for the permanent manager\nInterim mission - objectives & expected deliverables\n 0-30 days: onboarding, stakeholder mapping, review of current architecture standards and in-flight\nprograms; identification of key risks and quick wins\n 30-90 days: validated priorities and roadmap; governance cadence in place; decisions unblocked on\ncritical topics (SSE, SD-WAN, datacenter, cloud connectivity)\n Delivery: updated architecture principles/standards where needed; documented target states and\ntransition plans for major initiatives\n Handover: complete handover pack (status, risks, decisions log, roadmap, stakeholder map, vendor\nlandscape) and support of the permanent manager’s ramp-up\nTechnical context\nAs a manager of a technical team, hands-on and practical experience is really important.
