Additionally, this position involves adapting data structures for advanced use cases, such as AI agents.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Preparation & Transformation: Design and implementation of efficient ETL/ELT processes.\nBigQuery Development: Query optimization, partition management, and application of business logic within the Data Warehouse.\n Data Modeling: Application of dimensional modeling techniques (Star Schema / Snowflake).\nRequirements Translation: Direct interaction with stakeholders to capture needs and translate business questions into data models.\nQuality & Validation: Ensuring data consistency and integrity through testing and rigorous documentation.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Sharing: Ability to convey messaging, explain, and document technical developments for training teams, enabling smooth adoption of created solutions.\nNice-to-Have:\n Semantic Layer (LookerML): Development and maintenance of models in LookerML, defining dimensions and measures for self-service BI.\nTechnical Skills \nAdvanced proficiency in SQL\nExperience in GCP (BigQuery)\nProficiency in Looker / LookerML\nDimensional data modeling\nVersion control (Git)\nNice-to-Have\nExperience with dbt (data build tool)\nKnowledge of Python\nOrchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)\nExperience in Retail / E-commerce\nGoogle Cloud Certifications\nBusiness & Analytical Skills (Mandatory)\nStrong Comprehension: Ability to quickly understand business dynamics and translate them into metrics and KPIs.\nStakeholder Interaction: Experience working directly with departments such as Product, Finance, or Operations.\nCritical Thinking: Capability to challenge incomplete or inconsistent requirements.\nAnalytical Mindset: Focus on problem-solving and final delivery quality for the end user.\n 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Data or Business Intelligence.\nProven track record in Cloud environments (especially GCP).\nDemonstrated experience in gathering and refining requirements alongside business teams.\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication skills (explaining data concepts to non-technical stakeholders).\nHigh attention to detail and rigor.\nProactivity and a strong sense of ownership over projects.\nAbility to work autonomously without micro-management.\nCultural Profile & Additional Notes\nData-driven Mindset: Natural curiosity about business processes, not just the code.\n Seniority Level: Mid-Senior.
