Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.\n Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment\nDesign and implement scalable frontend architecture for our e-commerce platform, ensuring performance, maintainability, and accessibility\nEstablish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes across the frontend team\nCollaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement in code quality\nAnalyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions\nStay current with emerging frontend technologies and evaluate their applicability to our platform\nDrive technical decision-making and contribute to the overall technology roadmap for retail and e-commerce initiatives\nParticipate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions\nSupport the recruitment and onboarding of new frontend team members\n 6-10 years of professional frontend development experience \nStrong hands-on experience with React and React Native in production environments\n4+ years of experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role with team mentoring responsibilities\nStrong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript.\nExperience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.\nFamiliarity with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.\nGood understanding of: Microservices,Event-driven architectures, SQL / NoSQL databases\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nDemonstrated expertise in e-commerce platform development and retail technology solutions\nProven ability to design scalable system architecture and make sound technical decisions\nExperience with performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus\nNice to Have experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated environments.\n The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
