Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.\n Design and develop custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.\nImplement and customize Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, and customer portals.\nCreate and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.\nIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.\nOptimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations for improved performance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.\nStay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Service Cloud.\nStrong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.\nExperience with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.\nExperience with C#. \nExpertise in REST API integration and version control systems (e.g., Git)\nSolid understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.\nExperience with retail and e-commerce business processes.\nKnowledge of customer service operations and best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nEffective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.\nWillingness to stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.\n The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
