You lead the creation of detailed technical designs, bridge business and\ntechnical stakeholders, and ensure implementations align with enterprise architecture, security, and\ncompliance standards. ServiceNow implementations and oversee their successful delivery\nLead the creation of detailed technical designs that leverage ServiceNow capabilities effectively\nServe as expert advisor in solutioning sessions, bridging business and technical stakeholders\nDesign and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (Active Directory, Workday, Jira, and\nsimilar)\nDrive adherence to QA, security, and coding best practices across delivery teams\nMentor consultants and developers, and foster practice growth through documentation and\nknowledge sharing\nHost Design Authority meetings Requirements / Qualifications\n5+ years implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions, including significant enterprise-\nscale delivery\nServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified System Administrator plus multiple\nCIS certifications\nExpert-level understanding of ServiceNow data models, APIs (REST/SOAP), and platform security\nProven experience integrating third-party systems and enterprise applications\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills\nFluent in Dutch and/or French and a good command of English\nMindset & Work Ethic\nCustomer-oriented and quality-driven\nComfortable balancing a \"configure over customize\" mindset with the flexibility to tailor when\nneeded\nCollaborative, agile, and hands-on with mentoring\nNice to Have\nCertified Master Architect status or additional ServiceNow certifications\nExperience in greenfield implementations (from scratch)\nPublic sector or regulated-industry
