At Devoteam, the only constant is 'change'.\n As a ServiceNow Business Consultant at Devoteam, you are the primary link between our clients' business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. You lead and animate client workshops to understand business needs and co-design the right solutions, translate functional requirements into scalable configurations, and guide clients through process optimization using ServiceNow's platform capabilities. You own your engagements end-to-end from requirements gathering and solution design to training and go-live support while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nAt Devoteam, we lean into change and embrace emerging technologies from day one.
