Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.\n As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in acquiring top-tier talent.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the full recruitment process: Source, recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled professionals to match internal job requirements.\nDevelop a network of professionals: Build a network of active and passive technology professionals through creative sourcing, referrals, and networking events.\n Conduct effective interviews: Conduct interviews through various technologies (phone, Google Meet, etc.) and face-to-face to effectively match candidates’ qualifications with internal job requirements.\nFill job openings and design job descriptions: Ensure job openings are filled promptly and accurately, and assist in creating detailed job descriptions.\nMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidates: Source a pipeline of qualified and available candidates across multiple recruitment platforms.\nDeliver an excellent candidate experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nEnsure accurate candidate data: Keep candidate data up-to-date and relevant in our tools.\n Promote the company's reputation: Actively promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness to potential candidates.\nA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology (mandatory).\nBetween 1 and 2 years of experience in IT recruitment. \nAchievement-focused, resilient, authentic & trustworthy.\nTeam player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood decision-making skills.\nFluent in English (mandatory).\n The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
