Job Description A bit about this role: We’re looking for a deeply technical and highly motivated Senior Manager of Security Operations to join our growing Cybersecurity team. This leadership role will be equally focused on building a high-performing team and maturing the detection and response engineering capabilities we use to secure our healthcare practice. Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, have deep familiarity with modern cloud-based technology stacks, and see risk as something to manage pragmatically while enabling the business. Your Responsibilities and Impact will include: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security operations engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Own the implementation, operation, and enhancement of security tools, including EDR, SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability scanners, email security platforms, and other relevant defenses across the organization. Oversee incident response for significant security events, coordinating cross-functional efforts to contain, eradicate, and recover from threats, and communicating status and impact to executive leadership.
