You'll design secure systems, monitor for threats, respond to incidents, and build a culture of security awareness across the organization - bridging the gap between technical defense and human behavior.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and maintain secure network and infrastructure architecture;\nConfigure and manage firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and network segmentation;\nSecure servers, cloud resources, containers, and virtual machines;\nSecure employee workstations and enforce security baselines;\nMonitor endpoints and infrastructure for suspicious activity;\nCollect, analyze, and correlate security logs;\nDetect, investigate, and respond to security incidents;\nPerform vulnerability analysis, risk assessment, and remediation;\nConduct system and network hardening;\nDevelop and deliver internal security trainings and awareness sessions;\nManage and maintain security training platforms and learning content;\nOrganize phishing simulations and awareness campaigns;\nCollaborate with IT, DevOps, Infrastructure, and HR teams;\nComplete and review clients security questionnaires and security assessment forms to demonstrate the company’s security posture;\nParticipate in security and compliance calls with client information security specialists and stakeholders.\nMonitoring & Incident Response:\nSet up and maintain security monitoring and alerting;\nInvestigate anomalies and security incidents;\nPerform root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews;\nImprove detection, response, and prevention processes.\nSecurity Awareness & Training:\nPlan and deliver security awareness programs;\nManage training platforms and user enrollment;\nTrack training completion and effectiveness;\nContinuously improve training materials based on incidents and risks.\nRequirements\nRequired hard skills:\nStrong understanding of network security (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies);\nExperience securing infrastructure (on-prem, cloud, hybrid environments);\nKnowledge of Zero Trust and least-privilege access models;\nExperience with endpoint security (EDR, antivirus, disk encryption);\nOS security knowledge: Windows, macOS, Linux;\nExperience with monitoring and logging systems (endpoints, servers, network traffic);\nUnderstanding of authentication, authorization, IAM;\nExperience with security hardening and patch management;\nFamiliarity with security awareness and training platforms;\nBasic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python);\nUnderstanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S);\nGood English skills (B2+).\nRequired soft skills:\nAbility to explain security concepts to non-technical users;\nStrong communication and presentation skills;\nProactive and security-first mindset;\nHigh attention to detail;\nAbility to influence user behavior and promote security culture.\nBenefits\nWhy Join Us?\nWe offer:\nStrong and enthusiastic team -
