We build websites and digital products for startups and mid-sized businesses. \n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nRun 10–15 projects in parallel. Typical mix: website builds from scratch (45%), support tickets (25%), website design (15%), software development (15%)\n\nDefine scope, deliverables and estimates with clients and the team\n\nBuild project plans with timelines, milestones and who works on what\n\nTrack progress and catch risks early, before they reach the client\n\nBe the main contact for clients: status updates, regular calls, reports\n\nCoordinate designers, developers and QA, and keep everyone unblocked\n\nKeep budgets and hours under control\n\nRun a retro after each launch and use what you learn to improve how we work\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\nUpper-Intermediate English or higher, written and spoken. You’ll talk to US and EU clients every day\n\nSolid PM basics: planning, timelines, budgets, team setup, \n\nOrganized and detail-oriented.
