Real Cookie Banner, a consent management solution, is our most popular product, and we plan to develop further data protection products with you that not only meet legal requirements but are especially understandable for people in order to make compliance in their everyday lives easier.

Your tasks
- Comprehensive research and maintenance of legal and technical content for obtaining informed consent for the use of services on websites
- Creating instructions for laymen to document complex product features in an understandable way
- Extracting questions from support cases and processing them into comprehensible instructions
- Creating regular and appealing newsletters on new features to keep customers fully informed about product innovations
- Creating tailored content for target group-specific landing pages (e.g. agencies) that clearly highlight the most relevant product features (with support from the in-house software development department)
- Research and development of multidimensional dynamic text modules in a legal text generator
- Creating SEO-optimized, easy-to-understand articles on data protection and consent management that are also easy for laymen to understand
- Development of SEO-optimized articles for legally compliant service uses based on our comprehensive internal database
- (optional) Conception and creation of AI-generated (SEO-optimized) videos that clearly explain features and available service templates
What are notyour tasks
- Endless hours in meetings (where you don’t have much to contribute)
- Long discussions with non-technicians about our software (you work closely with our developers)
What you should bring and be able to do
- Professional experience, training or studies as a technical writer, technical communicator, media information scientist or in a comparable field (our products and customers require a strong understanding of computer science)
- Profound understanding of how the internet and web technologies work (website, cookies, tracking methods and the distinction between personal data in the digital space, etc. should not be foreign words to you)
- Strong interest in understanding the complex interrelationships of the practical implementation of data protection (law) and conveying the knowledge in language that is understandable for laymen (combined with the ability to tolerate frustration, since technical processes often have to be grasped first before they can be legally classified and then explained)
- Experience in creating SEO-optimized content is an advantage (alternatively, we will teach you)
- Experience in using LLMs to efficiently prepare content
- (optional) Experience in workflow and process automation (n8n or comparable), ideally including AI-supported building blocks and an understanding of how LLMs work
- Have you ever built a WordPress website yourself? We definitely want to see it! (even if it was just a sidekick fun project)
- Conscious sharing of successes and failures within the team
- Don’t be afraid to treat everyone personally, on an equal footing and with humanity from the beginning
- Giving and accepting constructive feedback in order to grow together
- German and English fluent/business fluent (we work bilingually)
- (optional) Knowledge of the languages Italian, French or Spanish
