systems.\nResponsibilities\n\n- Facilitate Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives\n\n- Help the team follow Scrum principles and continuously improve its ways of working\n\n- Identify and remove impediments, and escalate risks and blockers in a timely manner\n\n- Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization\n\n- Track team progress and metrics (velocity, burndown, delivery predictability) and share transparent reports with stakeholders\n\n- Collaborate with developers, QA, and the client side to keep communication clear and expectations aligned\n\n- Coach the team on Agile practices and foster a culture of ownership and accountability\nRequirements\n\n- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams\n\n- Solid understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Kanban frameworks\n\n- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)\n\n- Experience working with distributed teams and international clients\n\n- Experience in manufacturing or ERP/MRP projects is a plus\n\n- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills\n\n- Proactive, organized, and able to
