# Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support a software delivery team, ensuring smooth Agile processes and predictable, high-quality delivery. This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week. Project A long-term engagement for a UK-based manufacturing client, focused on production planning and resource management systems. Responsibilities - Facilitate Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives - Help the team follow Scrum principles and continuously improve its ways of working - Identify and remove impediments, and escalate risks and blockers in a timely manner - Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization - Track team progress and metrics (velocity, burndown, delivery predictability) and share transparent reports with stakeholders - Collaborate with developers, QA, and the client side to keep communication clear and expectations aligned - Coach the team on Agile practices and foster a culture of ownership and accountability Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams - Solid understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Kanban frameworks - Hands-on experience with Jira and
