platforms according to client requirements\n\nConduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and business processes\n\nCreate and maintain project timelines and implementation schedules\n\nProvide technical guidance and best practices to clients\n\nDocument client requirements and configuration specifications\n\nCollaborate with internal teams including support, development, and sales\n\nDeliver platform training to client teams\n\nTroubleshoot technical issues during implementation\n\nEnsure successful client onboarding and platform adoption\n\nRequirements:\n2-4 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or related field\n\nStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly\n\nExcellent project management and organizational skills\n\nOutstanding verbal and written communication abilities\n\nExperience working directly with clients in a technical capacity\n\nProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage multiple implementations simultaneously\n\nProficiency with MS Office Suite and project management tools\n\nEnglish
