environment.\n\nConfigure and optimize Salesforce to support business processes.\n\nBuild and maintain automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.\n\nManage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.\n\nCreate and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.\n\nPerform data imports, data quality maintenance, and deduplication activities.\n\nTroubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.\n\nCollaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.\n\nSupport Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities.\n\nDocument configurations, processes, and best practices.\n\nRequirements:\nSalesforce Certified Administrator certification.\n\n+6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.\n\nHands-on experience with Sales Cloud.\n\nStrong experience designing and maintaining automations using Salesforce Flow.\n\nExperience with reports, dashboards, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, record types, and permission management.\n\nSolid understanding of the Salesforce security model and data management.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.\n\nNice-to-have:\nData & Analytics: Experience with Business Intelligence BI and reporting tools, such as QuickSight, Microsoft Power BI, or similar platforms.\n\nSystem Integrations: Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with Stripe and other subscription-based
