recruitment teams to develop content for campaigns, company updates, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives.\nDevelop creative concepts and storylines for videos, reels, short-form content, and other multimedia formats.\nResearch industry trends, audience interests, and competitor content to identify new content opportunities.\nOptimize content for different platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.\nProofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and grammatical correctness.\nMonitor content performance and engagement metrics, using insights to improve future content strategies.\nStay updated on social media trends, content formats, and emerging digital marketing practices.\nEnsure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, English, or a related field.\n2-3 years of professional experience in content creation, content writing, digital media, or a similar role.\nStrong writing, storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills.\nExperience creating content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.\nUnderstanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and platform-specific content strategies.\nAbility to develop creative ideas and communicate complex information in a simple, engaging manner.\nFamiliarity with content planning, editorial calendars, and basic content performance analytics.\nStrong research skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet
