actionable delivery plans.\nThe role will be working closely with business stakeholders, data owners, application teams, data engineers, data governance teams, and technical developers to ensure that data solutions deliver the required business outcomes\nwhile maintaining data quality, governance, traceability, and regulatory alignment.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\nLead requirement-gathering activities with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts.\nFacilitate business requirement workshops, walkthroughs, validation sessions, and stakeholder discussions.\nTranslate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional requirements, business rules, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.\nAnalyze business processes, identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.\nEnsure requirements are clearly understood and traceable throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.\nManage requirement changes and assess their business and data impact.\nData Analysis & Business Rules\nAnalyze source systems, datasets, data availability, field definitions, relationships, and data flows to determine whether business requirements can be supported.\nDefine and document business rules, calculation logic, validation criteria, thresholds, exception criteria, and reporting requirements.\nWork with technical teams to translate business rules into data transformations, analytical logic, and reporting solutions.\nValidate data outputs against approved business requirements and expected business outcomes.\nPerform root-cause analysis for data discrepancies, quality issues, and reporting gaps.\nData Management & Governance\nSupport business stakeholders in identifying and defining Critical Data Elements (CDEs).\nSupport data ownership, stewardship, business glossary, metadata, and data-domain activities.\nEnsure business requirements are aligned with data governance policies and organizational data-management standards.\nCollaborate with Data Governance and Data Quality teams to identify and remediate data-quality issues.\nDefine data-quality rules and validation requirements based on business expectations.\nSupport data governance and regulatory initiatives, including NDMO and PDPL-related requirements where applicable.\nAnalytics & Reporting\nLead the business analysis component of data analytics, dashboards, management reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.\nGather and validate reporting requirements from business users.\nDefine KPI/KRI requirements, calculation logic, thresholds, exception criteria, reporting frequency, and expected outputs.\nReview dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs to ensure they accurately represent approved business requirements.\nSupport business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test-scenario definition, validation, defect clarification, and sign-off.\nStakeholder & Delivery Management\nAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.\nCoordinate with data owners, application owners, DBAs, data engineers, developers, and other technology teams.\nTrack requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery actions.\nFacilitate status meetings, workshops, walkthroughs, and decision-making sessions.\nSupport project planning, project charters, SOPs, delivery documentation, and operational-readiness activities.\nSupport go-live planning, post-production validation, issue resolution, and knowledge-transfer activities.\nSolution & Technical Collaboration\nWork closely with Data Engineers and Solution Architects to ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements.\nUnderstand data integration, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, data lake/lakehouse, metadata, and data-quality concepts sufficiently to challenge and validate technical solutions.\nAnalyze SQL-based datasets and technical metadata to validate requirements and investigate data issues.\nReview data mappings and source-to-target specifications.\nParticipate in solution walkthroughs and provide business-analysis input into technical design decisions.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.\nStrong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.\nExperience working across business and technical teams.\nStrong understanding of data analysis, data quality, data integration, and reporting.\nExperience defining business rules, data requirements, KPIs/KRIs, and validation criteria.\nExperience with UAT, stakeholder validation, and solution acceptance.\nExperience working with data governance, metadata, data ownership, and data-quality concepts.\nExperience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments is preferred.\nExperience with regulatory/data-management frameworks such as NDMO and PDPL is advantageous.\nTechnical & Analytical Skills\nStrong SQL and data-analysis capabilities.\nUnderstanding of ETL/ELT and data integration concepts.\nUnderstanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse architectures.\nExperience with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.\nUnderstanding of data-quality management and profiling.\nUnderstanding of metadata and data-catalog concepts.\nExperience with data-governance platforms such as Informatica Axon/EDC is advantageous.\nExperience with Informatica, Cloudera, Alteryx, or similar data platforms is advantageous.\nAbility to understand technical data structures and translate them into business language.\nProfessional Skills\nStrong stakeholder-management and communication skills.\nStrong Business, Data Management, or a related discipline.\nProfessional certifications in Data Management, Business Analysis, Data Governance, or related areas are
