hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring teams across technical and non-technical functions.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.\nSupport the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\nConduct initial candidate screenings, including resume reviews, profile evaluations, to assess qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and suitability for open positions.\nSupport recruitment activities for both technical and non-technical positions.\nMaintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates.\nAssist in posting job openings, managing applications, and monitoring responses across recruitment platforms.\nFollow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and application status.\nCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on daily hiring activities and other recruitment-related tasks.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nFresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.\nStrong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to assigned responsibilities.\nBasic understanding of recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, resume screening, and candidate engagement.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other candidate sourcing platforms is a plus.\nBasic knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including keyword searches, Boolean search strings, and identifying relevant profiles based on job
