environment.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Python.\nDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.\nCollaborate directly with international clients to understand business requirements, lead technical discussions, propose solutions, and provide project updates.\nTranslate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions.\nContribute to system architecture, technical design, development planning, and technical decision-making.\nDesign and optimize relational and NoSQL databases to ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.\nIntegrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external systems to support business and application requirements.\nWrite clean, reusable, and testable code, conduct code reviews, and enforce software engineering best practices.\nTake ownership of complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and actively participate in Agile development processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python backend development, preferably post-graduation.\nStrong proficiency in Python, object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.\nHands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI, including RESTful API development and microservices architecture.\nSolid understanding of system design, software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.\nExperience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases and caching technologies (MongoDB, Redis).\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.\nUnderstanding of asynchronous programming, background task processing, and message queues.\nExperience with unit testing, debugging, application security, and performance optimization.\nStrong English communication skills, with the ability to independently lead technical discussions with international clients.\nStrong analytical, logical reasoning, and real-world problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges.\nExperience in client-facing development, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and delivering technical solutions in a services-based environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience working with US-based or international clients in a software services or IT consulting company.\nExperience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and high-level or low-level system design.\nFamiliarity with Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Kubernetes.\nExposure to Generative AI, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered applications.\nExperience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and contributing to technical
