confidently, and help convert opportunities into successful projects.\nRequirements\n Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Data Engineering solutions.\nWork hands-on with Python, SQL, machine learning, data pipelines, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.\nDevelop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, predictive analytics, and AI/ML frameworks.\nDesign and implement data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data processing solutions.\nEvaluate technical requirements and recommend the most appropriate architecture, tools, and technologies.\nEngage directly with clients to understand their business and technical challenges.\nLead technical discovery calls, presentations, solution discussions, demos, and POCs.\nPrepare technical proposals, solution architectures, project scopes, estimates, and SOWs.\nWork closely with Sales and leadership to identify, develop, and close new project opportunities.\nAddress technical objections and communicate complex solutions in a clear, business-focused manner.\nBuild strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and long-term engagements.\nCollaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful project handover and execution\nQualification & Requirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\n4-8 years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related domain.\nStrong proficiency in Python and SQL.\nHands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.\nExperience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents is highly desirable.\nStrong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data modeling, databases, and data warehousing.\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nFamiliarity with ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.\nExperience with APIs, microservices, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment.\nStrong understanding of system architecture, scalability, performance, and data security.\nStrong hands-on technical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong client-facing, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to translate technical solutions into clear business value.\nProven ability to take ownership of opportunities and drive them from discovery to closure.\nCommercially driven, proactive, and comfortable
