The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analyses and developing innovative, efficient designs for a variety of projects. The engineer will also utilize specialized software for modeling and design, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.\n\nLead the structural design and analysis of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities across multiple project phases (concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation).\n\nProduce and review structural calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications.\n\nApply international and regional design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode, ASCE, and applicable Gulf standards).\n\nCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including civil, MEP, and architectural engineers throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level structural engineers.\n\nCoordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve design queries and ensure timely project delivery.\n\nConduct site visits to support construction activities and address technical issues on the ground.\n\nReview and approve shop drawings and RFIs submitted by contractors.\n\nContribute to proposals and technical presentations for new business opportunities.\n\nRequirements\nProficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering\n\nBackground in Civil Engineering with practical application skills\n\nExperience with Revit and Autodesk tools\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment\n\nUnderstanding of international building codes and structural regulations\n\nBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field\n\nProfessional certification or licensure in structural or civil engineering is an advantage\n\n10 -
