A senior/project architect is deemed as a design process owner whose expertise, commitment and creativity are key factors to the quality of the outcome design documentation.\n§ Value Engineering & Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost-efficiency and design improvements while maintaining quality.\n§ BIM Implementation: Oversee the use of BIM tools and ensure the design team adheres to BIM execution standards. Follow up clash detection efforts to ensure the elimination of BIM clashes as well as omissions and gaps.\n§ Design Documentation: Ensure the creation of accurate and comprehensive architectural design drawings, models, reports and specifications.\n§ Client & Stakeholder Communication: Present design Clients, and authority departments to obtain feedback and approvals.\nQuality Assurance: Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, quality standards, and the project’s original vision.
